skill name “Blood Counter”
the skill some times trigger some times not
as if its mixing its activated buff/read with another reflection buff…
normally:
Blood Counter
reflect
advanced reflect
weapon reflect
have different cooldown timers…
but cant trigger at same time
Blood Counter is the newer version of “reflect”
but still each have there own timer…
