Unique Spawn Time

Good evening all,

I’m working on a table like rev6 had once. It shows unique spawn times, who killed and when next time will spawn. I saw at phbot, chat side. There is unique spawn section. I wanted to ask, how phbot gather information about who killed the unique and about spawn and killed time? I searched little bit about API but I couldnt figure out to install library. I want to do like rev6 did once.

I dont know, I entered phbot/plugins and inside of it, thousands python files are waiting. My problem is how im gonna start? Which file, for example, how i can run on vscode etc. There are lots of things to find out
