Someone able to code a sp/gap calculator (i have tables)

hi if someone of you is able to code a little calculatur like the old nivlam one standalone or
( maybe as a plugin this would be realy nice )
i have the tables

  2. 91-140

it would also be nice if it dont get the main usage on any homepage … bec we all know how it ended for nivlam (off)
