Is the char pick filter shared across different profiles?
Or for every profile you have a different pick filter?

It does not change the pick filter when you change the profile.

And does the pick filter belong to the single .db3 file?
Everything but your pick filter, stall, and notifications data. Just the data stored in the .json file.
