hi do’s phbot proxy bypass the hdw limmit on a private server ? or do i need to have realy other pc to bypass it ?
Proxies only bypass IP limits
I have it. 
Only 50$ for 1 PC bypass.
Generally not a good idea to download random (overpriced) things from random people on the internet. Use with caution.
