PHbot cannot be used in TaiWan Official Server?

Yesterday a new Taiwan official server was opened , it’s the beta phase now . When I log in with phbot, the server shows disconnection ,so i can’t use phbot in this server , can u try to fix it ? thx .

when I try to login without bot I get C7 error,do u know how to fix that ?

C7 may be related to VPN you use, if any.
