Network error, retrying (Service provider change)

[14:19:41] Network error, retrying

I started to see this message when connecting to TR sro servers. There is no problem with iSro.
The problem has started after I changed my internet service provider.
I changed my IP but did not work.
Has anyone got any idea how to fix this problem?
