Minimize Manager Not to Tray

Are there any way to minimize Manager without tray icon? I need it on start menu taskbar.

@Ryan Could you please add an option NOT to minimize the manager to tray, but only to taskbar?
Working on the same concept as

--disabletray 1

I’ll add it. You can specify --disabletray or set DisableTray=1 in Manager.ini.
