I have the recurring problem that I sometimes cannot log in. With or without a Bot it doesn’t matter. I enter my login details and nothing happens after that. Nothing at all. At some point the message C9 will come. I have the problem about every two weeks. It comes all by itself. Then it takes one to three days for it to work again as if by magic. No changes were made before, during or after. Restarting the router does not solve the problem.
Does somebody has any idea?

This is not a bot problem. Joymax misconfigured their servers so they are sending you a local agent server IP which you obviously cannot connect to.
and is there a way to fix it by myself?

Is there a differnce between running phbot with trying to login, or shut pc down and start after 6h again? this problem s.ucks so hard…

This c9 problem appeared to me in the latest version. When we use Trsro socks 5 proxy, we cannot login with C9 error. I rolled back to the previous version and it works fine
It’s probably your proxy. I was able to test with and without SOCKS authentication and it worked fine for me.
It occurs iSRO on my characters with my own IP. Proxies are work fine but own IP has error.
