Hello! I’m encountering an error message while trying to log in to my SRO account. The first photo shows the message I received during login, and the second photo displays the bot error: “Gateway: Unknown login error [11].” Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any help. Also, please don’t close my thread just because bot usage isn’t allowed on this server (as happened with my previous post). I purchased the bot for a reason.
