Game server issue.
It is not able to determine if you are on the latest version because the download server is down.
Would you recommend re-download the game?
No. They need to fix their server. The DownloadServer most likely crashed.
there’s only 1 character unable to login the rest of 100 others are in game.
Try another gateway.
