Dance of wizardry bug?

Hello everyone.
Im back to isro. ( ago 1-2 week.)This ‘Dance of Wizardry’ skill must be increase %34 damage.But it doesn’t.
My question is : Is this normal ? or bug ? im using last version testing phbot

TR: Bu dance skilli %34 arttırması gerekiyor.Skill ağacında %34 yazıyor ama parti üyelerine %19 gösteriyor.Bu normal mi yoksa bug mu oluştu bayadır sro oynamamıştım

It´s not a bug. For the full Power of Dancing you need 2 Bard.
When you play it with 1 Bard (with Asomeworld) you only get 50%
