what is the pb exactly ?
if you use local restart crap trap every 14 hour ( you can use this comand )
CrapTrap.exe --locale 18 --path <game path> --restart 14
the client stuck on loading banner with no response just restart it until he runing ( right click on crap trap and restart ) that GFX BROKEN
