now its cool … mostly at 1% if clientless…
Keep Maximum at 100% you will need it set to 100. What I am trying to say is to set the minimum to 0%. Take a look at you screen shot. There are 2 different values. Keep Maximum processor state 100%

Good your PC will run a little cooler. It will use less power when it is able too.
