cannot start the game without 4game laucher

I’m new here and cannot start the game without 4game laucher.How can I do it.
If I want to start the bot I have message ` “You do not have an enabled training area. Cannot start bot.” and the launch option is not clickable

Go to the Training Area tab and click “Get Position”.
