C7 and C10

Hello everyone.
I can login my accounts with Silkroad.exe.
But I cant reach my accounts with bot. When server is full the C10 error is happen, when server is empty I see the C7 error.
I was talking with support of joymax, and they said “Could you try again, please?
If you have same problem, please let us know exact character name and server name with screenshot.”

Any suggestion about it?
It happens for only 3 chars.

C7 and C10 are server bugs. That is something Joymax has to fix.

If you have proxies, change them for those 3 chars getting the error. That seems to fix it sometimes.
