[Bug] Bot ignores command-line args right after update

hi ryan,

whenever i update the bot, it restarts itself after the update is completed.
unfortunately it seems not to use the command-line arguments after that post-update restart i used before.

can you change that behavior?

You should run it with --skipupdates.

i dont want to skip any updates. i just want the bot to restart itself after an update using the command-line args i used before the update restarted the bot after completion

I should be able to do that for the next update.
