I would prefer Debian 9 with default Gnome or XFCE.

I got the VPS but if any one can help me set it up because i cant figur out im new to this
SSH in and run the command in the thread I linked above. If you don’t know how to do that then you probably need an SSH client like PuTTY: Download PuTTY: latest release (0.74)

so im connected with PuTTY and i ran the command it started to download but after a few mins i got connection lost and the download speed is very low
Who did you get the VPS from? If it’s slow it means the connection is terrible.
i got from OVH and im getting this error when i try ssh root@IPv4
