What is import and export Json?

Just a little help needed for beginner

Hi there , just fooling around with the Bot , seems great . i was wondering if i start up multiple Account,s with the Manager , does that mean i have to do the Config for each Account / Char to bot everytime i start it up , or will it remember it ? also what are Export/Import JSON , it,s an Option i notice in the Manager . kind regards
