Unknown Login Error [42] with Proxy

Hello,
I had my internet disconnected today and right after that the characters that I used to login with a proxy are not able to log in the game. I get the error " Unknown Login Error [42] " and on the game where the username and password entered I get an error message saying that the IP address is black listed.
The proxy I use is bought from Projecthax .
Please let me know if there is any one had such issue.

I thought it would be good to provide more details :slight_smile: ;
I am using the Manager, and set up the proxy into the manager.
Using Socks 5.
I also tried to login over the Phbot without using the Manager it still gave me the same error.
