It says it’s casting the skill but it doesn’t? It is sending the packet when you see that message so I’m not sure.

I know someone reported this before but I don’t have a solution. Are there any notices in game about not being able to cast?

What happens when you stop moving? Does it buff then?

ah well i just noticed it doesn’t work in town and in fortress area i guess

It should work in fortress. Are you using the latest version?

Normal. It doesn’t buff in towns.

well i check again regarding fortress or maybe its cause a lot of players also im geting some parsing error while inside fw

It could be that but if no structures are around you then it should be working.

So in that area it says it is casting but nothing happens? I don’t see how that’s possible.
