I want the manager to run 6 minutes or a few minutes after windows starts, but the manager runs like normal startup applications.

You could write a batch script to pause for 5 minutes then start Manager.exe.

I did but it is not responding. I tried 3-5-10 minutes between them.
Sorry. I didn’t understand Batch Scripts at first. Problem solved
