Some chars dont pick items

Are there any setting other than in tab “Pick Filter” that make char doesnt pick item

I tried to reset twice but not still work

Only some chars dont pick, others are doing well

What is their pick radius?

all the same, 50 radius

please help, I’m online all day, I’m stuck with only 2/8 chars dont pick up items in a week

Did you select the items you want to collect and select “Pick” from the Collection Filter?

all has been setting, I just dont know why it doesnt picking items
