Returning to center

I don’t know if it has been mentioned before or not, but a “return to center” option would be amazing.
I know the bot does it auto but its kinda meh.

For example the cleric in my party is using phBot and whenever we drop a Jewel Box for example, he walks up to pick it up, then stays there and heals for about 5-10 seconds and then run back.
Not that big of a bummer but from time to time it causes the cleric’s death.
An option, or just a little modification so that after picking up items the bot would return to center immediately would be super handy.

Another scenario is when your wizard uses the “flamethrower” or Ground Charge/Ground Rave which are short ranged spells, they stay at this position until they are out of mobs to attack witch in a perfect scenario never happens so the “don’t walk aound” function lost its function.

It should already do that after a party buff or picking up an item.

It should but it seems the bot does not prioritize staying in set position but instead stays there where it picked up the item.

Wizard should also prioritize staying in set position, so after casting said skills, he would stop attacking and walk back to center.

Training Area > Settings > “Don’t walk arround” select the option.

I have it ticked but as I said, after the wizard uses these 2 skills he has to move to get closer to the mob it is attacking. Then he stays there until it is out of mobs to attack and THEN it moves back to the center with this option.

How many of you have set the radius? Try increasing the radius.

Increasing the radius would make things worse as the wizards would spread even more. Currently at 15 radius.
The problem is:
-Center is at “x” coordinate
-As the warrior lures, the mobs are coming and when they enter the radius the wizard walks to “y” coordinate where the mob is, to attack
-The wizard now is staying at “y” coordinate to attack the rest of the mobs, even with the option “don’t walk around” selected
-The wizard will stay at “y” coordinate for as long as there are mobs around, eventually moving to “z” coordinate to use the spell again, not returning to the center until it is attacking

Can confirm that is what happens.

After walking to a monster that just entered your radius while being lured by a warrior or spawning in the radius, the wizards using the short range skill such as Ground Charge / Rave or Fire Blow / Salamander Blow do not walk back to the train center and stay “outside” the group, like hubsmok3 described.

Dont walk around is checked, it doesnt change the behaviour of the bot after using skills, as its still in the training radius you set and will not walk around, as it should.
Its a rather specific scenario but its annoying if you want to use those skills. Having the bot check your current coordinates in accordance to your set train center and then walking back to it every X seconds or skill casts would solve that issue.

maybe Ryan can make it a checkbox in train area settings (“check character position every X spell casts”) and then if that box is checked and the number (x, input box) you define, the bot will check and walk you back to the center. Make this box only available if “dont walk around” is selected. This way other peoples setups will continue running as usual and only the specific cases where this is needed are affected.
