Is your character in a dungeon like Shadow uniques? If phBot doesn’t have the navmesh for that place, that error occurs as I know. Maybe you can disable the path finding and collision detection to prevent getting error. Also you should send that .txt file to @Ryan on private message. He probably wants to take a look.
