phbot isnt use socket stone recovery

my weapon has socket stone of recovery and concentration but phbot cant use recovery stone. i can use with manuel but phbot cant. when i set hp < 99% it still cant working

up @Ryan mine doesn’t use stamina. Server: TRSro
