phBot closing/crashing after open char

I have currently ahving an issue with 1 character logging in with phBot Testing.

All other characters open with no issue on the same account and other accounts.

It opens client, enters login details and then on the “Logging in” status on manager the phBot testing client closes and loops back around.

Has anyone experienced same issue or know the solution?

  • Have checked for updates (manager and phbot testing)
  • Have tried removing and replacing data folder
  • Removed the character bot config
  • Have tried moving the character to other town from server client

What does the bot say? have you tried increasing your disconnected delay in manager?

The phbot client closes with no message displayed.

I have 5 other accounts logged in perfectly fine, server allows 6 accounts.

I can also log in characters on the same account as the one thats having issues

Yes, I tried to change the delay from 60000 to 600000. But the phBot testing client is still closing after loading char and files (Pick Filter, Quests, Town, Stall, Trade)

Delete the chars db3 file inside the config folder

Deleted the db3 and now bot is crashing on loading pick filters

also generated .db3-journal file

If you deleted the correct file it should be creating a new pick filter when the char joins, not loading

after restoring the old db3 it manages to load all filters again correctly.

I have also tried to load this from phBot testing instead of manager, and still has the same issue.

So thinking its more than likely the testing client and not manager settings

We now have many players experiencing this same problem.

Issue seems to be happening only for CH chars. (Not EU)

Any update or suggestions please?
