Party speed buff problem

hello everyone dear friends

My 2x Atack char : 1x= 100lv wiz/bard + 1x= 100lv wiz/cleric
my problem is = cleric char is finish speed buf after my bard char is because it’s not over speed buff. no buff cleric e speed buf.
drug of typoon is hight gold.
phbot buff part is no speed buf :frowning:
how can i solve
i hope i could explain
