No change weapon when its broken

good night / late for all, i have 1 day or 2, tried to solve the problem of why the phbot does not change the weapon when it breaks, I have downloaded the previous versions, I have deleted the config, formatted the pc, I have done everything and I still have the same problem. Is there any solution for this? I cannot continue playing because the weapon is not changed every hour of the game.!
