my PhBot manager isn’t opening any chars quick ,while my phbot without manager can open alot and alot and I’ve tried that so quickly … why does my manager isn’t responding at the moment for my orders

Try to use default settings for:
Start delay:5000
Client starting: 120000
Disconnected: 60000
Also untick reduce bot memory and silkroad memory options. After those settings applied, it should work as fast as possible.
