Updating from the Manager has not worked for a long long time and no one told me about it until recently. It’ll work in the next version. There’s usually no reason to update unless you want something new I’ve added.
Make sure vcredist_x86 isn’t running in task manager and if it still is then I guarantee your antivirus (or the built in one) is blocking it from being deleted. I constantly have issues like that on Windows and it’s awful.

Not in the task manager but by opening the zip file i noticed…
That’s normal. You need both because one of them is VC2013 and the other is VC2015. If you can’t extract them then maybe try 7-zip.
