Manager ftp connect

hi.
I’m trying to make an ftp connection.
I’m sure the information is correct.
filezilla is running.
error i got: cURL Error: 3 URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL

I tried the http post option
I have printed json_encode ($ _ POST). but data is not coming.

what should I do
I can send the information as a message
