If you share account with somebody then this person have to yuse random generated password. Maybe this is your problem. Here is the link for generating this password: https://projecthax.com/security/
Secondary password is useless now that it’s email based. Just reset your password here and use that to login / for sharing instead. That password can only be used to login to the bot now that everything is done through email.
