Late using moonster scroll

Hi, İ selected use moonster scroll and pandora and wait for all strong monster to be killed before summoning but too late using this … all strong die wait 15 sec 20 sec … after use… can you check this ?

and can you add ‘‘use moonster scroll’’ in to Conditions ?
