i would love to buy phbot but when i try i use Paypal they send to me loging and password
may i charge my personal Email ???
i wana to use it and if it will be near to stop i can add more

The emails can be different. If they are then you must go into your PayPal email and click the link to activate your time. This is done to prevent fraud.
