I tried to set Quest, Carnival Manager in Jsro but bot keep at first page from npc, game is in japanese btw.

What does your quest command look like?

Try this:

quest,Carnival Manager Jooa

Replace the name of the NPC but don’t add a quest name to it.

Still not working quest I can’t recibe ballons from event every hour
