So recently I installed a virtual machine and consequently a virtual network adapter was created.
Once I launched the bot, it detected a second ip address and it asked my to choose once to work with.
After this, the bot failed to connect to the isro servers via proxy. I checked (pinged the proxy) and I could reach it from the console.
Bots launching from my home ip address could connect to the server.
The solution was to disable the virtual network adapter and delete the bound ip from the phBot.ini file.
