I recently signed up for this forum because I have heard good things about the service… however when i try to log in to the phbot it tells me my password is wrong when i know it isn’t and I have already tried resetting my password and using the new password multiple times. Help please?

forum accounts and bot accounts are different. You can buy time and reset your password here:

Everything is only handled by your email address.
Your bot account should be something like “phbot_123456789”
If your forum email is different than your bot email then you only can set a new password with your bot email
