So I use phbot testing to open private server Legion Silkroad, and the ip limit is 6 chars, which I used to be able to open easily. However this week I couldnt open more than 4 chars, 2 days ago I couldnt open more than 3 chars, now I can only open 1 char. I share the bot with a friend and he can open 5 chars normally. I tried reinstalling the bot but it still does the same problem. 
Doesn’t sound like a bot problem. If they are using the f8 filter I’ve heard there are problems with IP limits.
