Wont pick quest

I noticed phbot has poorest pick in quest specially in Mirror Quest Shackle item. If char will pick only 1 and then wait for what seconds to pick another one there alot of drop now

it picks some quests & some not … at the same time…
as if detect some & some not

detection is ON
