Bard does not use tambour

Hello! A friend of mine is having a problem that one of his bard chars does not re-open guard/mana tambour while it uses every other buffs. Weird thing is the one with dance buff opens the tambour. Both of their settings are same except for the dance by the way.

Hm, I’ve tested a similar setup on vSRO and it was fine so I don’t see what the issue is.
