Alchemy dosen't work on my server

i play in private server D10 using testing version 23.2.7.
i try to plus my item, but nothing happened , alchemy blue doesn’t work too.

Try setting the degree. If that doesn’t work maybe they changed the opcodes to disable alchemy.
